Introduction to Yoga
The course will gently introduce participants to the principles. origins and basic stances of Hatha Yoga. Participants will learn breathing techniques, asanas (stances) and the importance of visualisation as a method of relieving stress and tension.

2hours/week for 5 weeks. Total: 10 hours.
