CLIP is able to offer a range of programmes to support you with careers guidance, job seeking, and building the skills and confidence to retrain, or change careers. We can offer full one to one information, advice and guidance to work out which programme is best for you.

 

Career Net

Aged 18-24 and struggling to make a career choice? Get in touch with Career Net – we can offer advice about a wide range of careers, as well as a personalised development programme tailored to your skills and interests. Access training, company visit and work placements – whatever it takes to get you on the road to success!

                 

 

Greater Lincolnshire MOVE

MOVE is a 3-year project, funded by the Big Lottery and ESF, aiming to help people into paid work.

It is completely free, and independent of Job Centre Plus: participation is not mandatory, and you cannot be sanctioned if you decide it’s not for you.

MOVE can offer you confidential, one-to-one support from a MOVE advisor, help to set and achieve your goals, employability support, including CV writing, application form help and practice interviews, access to ‘My Work Search’, an online employment skills, training and job search programme, and much more.

 

Building Better Opportunities

Building Better Opportunities (BBO) is designed to help people into work, training and volunteering. You tell us your goal and we will help you lay the foundations to achieve it!

This opportunity is completely FREE as it is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund (ESF).

BBO can offer you 1 to 1 support – from writing your CV to practise interviews, work experience and volunteering opportunities, opportunities for training and qualifications and some financial help is available for childcare or respite care and expenses; please contact us for more information.

 

In to Work

If you are aged 16+ and have had long term difficulties finding work, maybe because you currently don’t have the right skills, or because of your personal circumstances or situation, In to Work is a new, tailored programme designed to help you secure a role and succeed at work.

The In to Work programme is funded by the European Social Fund and the Department for Work and Pensions, and is delivered by MAXIMUS and our partners. Dedicated Work Advisors work with you to provide the right support, at the right time to assist you to secure a role and succeed at work.
