Flare Course Tutor (Full time, Market Rasen)
Flare is a foundation level study programme for 16-18 year olds who need to develop their skills to progress to college, apprenticeship or employment. It is designed to offer the three strands of: Functional skills in English and maths; personal and social development; and vocational preparation.
This post involves leadership of the Market Rasen group of 16-18 year olds. The post-holder will be supported by an experienced part-time Project Support Worker, and is directly responsible to the Chief Executive who carries a coordinating role for the 16-18 provision.
The role includes a teaching load of 18-20 hours per week based on own interests and specialisms, to include at least two of the following (at least one of which must be English or maths): functional English; functional maths; vocational skills; personal/ social development.
Talent Match Ambassador: Youth Recruitment Support
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual to work with us on two exciting projects. The first is to support the existing team in the marketing and recruitment to our youth provision through a supported review of social media and other marketing approaches. The second is to support the Talent Match project within Lincolnshire to achieve its aims and objectives (as funders of the postFull support, training and guidance will be provided to support the appointed person through their time with CLIP (on a one year fixed term contract). Due to the nature of this job role, we welcome fully completed applications from young people that have been supported or have worked with the Talent Match project.
Reception and Centre Administrator (Part time, Gainsborough)
The purpose of this post is to help maximise recruitment to courses, to provide a welcoming and responsive service in the Learning Centre and to provide administrative support on Adult Learning Courses.
Experience in a sales or customer focused setting would be advantageous. Good IT skills are essential, as is an ability to build the confidence and motivation of prospective learners.
Sessional Tutors in Maths (All sites)
Are you an experienced Maths teacher looking for sessional work? Do you have a passion for Maths which you would love to share with others? Are you committed to improving the skills and opportunities for people within our communities? We are seeking enthusiastic teachers to deliver on our adult provision including both Functional Skills and GCSE at at least two of our sites.
