Equality and Diversity
We are committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for all our learners. If you would like to see our full Equality Statement, please request it from your tutor.
Confidentiality and Data protection
It is up to you how much or how little of the monitoring information "About you" is filled in. Some people may feel that certain questions, such as those around sexual orientation are too personal. If you do not want to answer a question then there is an option to "prefer not to say". All data provided will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of service improvement and will be processed in accordance with relevant legislation, in particular the data protection act, 1998.
Safeguarding of vulnerable adults
We are committed to providing a learning environment where learners feel confident that everybody is treated fairly on their chosen learning programme and where everyone feels safe in their environment. If you would like to see our safeguarding policy in full then please request it from your tutor.
