Deputy Chief Executive - Business Performance and Innovation Manager (F/T or 0.8 FTE)

This exciting new post arises through an organisational re-structure to support the Chief Executive in managing continuous improvement and an expanding provision. The purpose of the post is to lead on business systems, infrastructure and innovative practice. To an extent, the post can be shaped to the post-holder's strengths and interests but a high level of IT skill is essential as well as a sound knowledge of post-16 policy and funding.

Deputy Chief Executive - Partnerships Manager (F/T or 0.8 FTE)

This exciting new post arises through an organisational re-structure to support the Chief Executive in managing continuous improvement and an expanding provision. The purpose of the post is to lead on partnerships, marketing and external liaison as well as a key area of the curriculum. To an extent, the post can be shaped to the post-holder's strengths and interests but the capacity to engage learners and stakeholders in hard-to-reach areas and strong teaching skills are essential qualities.

Careers Education and Aspiration Coordinator (F/T or 0.8 FTE)

This new post has been created following a research project that CLIP conducted into 'What Works' and barriers to career progression for young NEET learners. The post-holder will lead on the development and piloting of a careers education curriculum and initiatives to build aspiration and positive progressions. Applicants will be enthusiastic and creative careers specialists who are keen to work in a teaching role with 16-18s and adult learners.
